Kindling Collective offers a range of LGBTQ affirming professional development trainings and workshops designed for businesses, brands, camps, and other organizations in the outdoor industry. As a queer-centered gear library, one of our focus areas is supporting others in reducing barriers to the outdoors for LGBTQ people and other historically marginalized people. Training requests are met on a first come, first serve basis and available via Zoom or in person.
