DONATE GEAR
Kindling Collective is excited to accept equipment donations! Thank you for considering donating your gear to help more people get outside.
We have limited capacity to take in additional items. We are prioritizing receiving gently-used high-use items and gaps in our inventory. Below you can find the list of items we are currently accepting. If you are interested in donating outdoor clothing and equipment, please send an email to info@kindlingcollective.org with pictures and descriptions of each item.

We are not able to accept all donations. Other options include donating to a mutual aid group (Port City Mutual Aid, ME People's Housing Coalition, Maine Needs) or another organization (Preble Street or Safe Combinations) or donating/consigning at a nonprofit used gear shop (Portland Gear Hub). Many brands also have their own used gear sites (ex. Patagonia Worn Wear, North Face Renewed). Please remember to check organizational guidelines before donating to avoid getting turned away!
