Street Medic Bridge Training is for people trained with active/current skills in patient assessment for urgent/emergent needs (eg. Wilderness First Responders, doctors, nurses, EMTs, etc ; NOT CPR/First Aid, CNAs, Lifeguards, or never-used/long-expired certification). This Street Medic Bridge Training can be taken as an add-on to the Wilderness First Responder or as a standalone course. The day will cover consent, ethics, and other direct action-specific knowledge. Participants will also receive hands-on training with pepper spray and tear gas decontamination as well as an opportunity for review of other hands-on skills.
